Thursday 12th September at 7.30pm
Pilton Village Hall. Rob Handy
will talk about what a forest

garden is, give examples of how to use forest gardening principles on smaller plots, including useful perennial edibles, and explain a little about his unique self-sufficient, off-grid lifestyle, making his own electricity and turning toilet waste into biogas for cooking.

Rob is six years into the long-term project of turning a hectare of grass pasture into a forest garden and currently has about three hundred edibles growing but is aiming for nearer six hundred within a couple of years.

£2 to include coffee, tea or local apple juice and home-made refreshments. All welcome.
