Somerset Open Studios- 15th – 30th September 2018

This year there are three venues in this bi-annual event involving Pilton and its residents.   Venue 167 is the only one in the village this year with Lavinia Cellan-Jones, Lis and Peter Lawrence displaying ceramics, felt hats and accessories and artwork originals, prints, cards and books.  Pilton’s Dimitris Koutroumpas is deeply involved and artist in residence at the Rubbish Art Project in the old HSBC Bank in Shepton Mallet along with Lucie and James (venue 164) and Caroline Morris is showing again at her wagon Studio on a smallholding jut off the B3136 outside Pilton (Venue 166).

A total of 192 studio venues can be visited across Somerset this year and free guide books will be available at Village Day, from Freedom Cottage or various venues around the region.
